Privacy Policy

We collect only the information you submit through our forms (name, company, email, phone and project details) to respond to your enquiry and, if you proceed, to deliver services.

Analytics and attribution

When RAYYAF has enabled website analytics, Google Analytics 4 loads only if you choose “Accept analytics”. It is configured without advertising features and receives page paths, campaign parameters (utm_*) and, when an enquiry is saved, the enquiry reference and enquiry type. It never receives your name, email, phone or the text of your message. Without consent, nothing is sent to Google. Separately, when you submit an enquiry the page includes the campaign parameters and referring site from your current visit so we can see which channel produced the enquiry; this is stored with your enquiry in our CRM. Visitors from Europe and the UK

If you contact us from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process the details you submit to respond to your enquiry and, if you proceed, to prepare and deliver services (legitimate interests and steps taken at your request). RAYYAF is based in India and your information may be stored and accessed outside your country. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and you may object to processing or complain to your local data protection authority. • Please avoid sending confidential project documents through website forms; a secure exchange method is agreed after first contact.
• The site uses no advertising trackers. Analytics will be added only after notice.

Terms of Service

Website content is for general information. Quotations, scope and fees are binding only when set out in a written proposal accepted by both parties. Client documents remain the client's property and are kept confidential. Deliverables are prepared from information supplied by the client; RAYYAF is not responsible for outcomes that depend on inaccurate or incomplete source data. Liability and payment terms are defined in the engagement agreement.

Professional Disclosures

• RAYYAF provides planning, controls, billing and delay-analysis consultancy support. It does not provide statutory certification, legal advice or guarantees of project or claim outcomes.
• No Gulf-country office or professional licence is claimed. On-site work in any jurisdiction is subject to local licensing and commercial arrangements.
• Technical deliverables are reviewed before release. Where native Primavera P6 or MS Project compatibility matters, files are validated in the native software.
• Illustrations on this site are original artwork, not project photographs. The client portal page is a design preview.
