- Native file (XER or MPP) plus PDF outputs
What we need from you
- Contract programme requirements and key dates
- Scope, drawings and BOQ summary
- Construction methodology and sequencing input
- Working calendars and holidays
- Any client programme specification
Not included
- Site-based progress measurement
- Delay or EOT claims work
- Responsibility for the contractor’s construction methods
Timing and revisions
- Depends on project size and complexity. Indicative timeline is confirmed in the proposal after the inputs are reviewed.
- Revision rounds agreed in the proposal, typically to address client or PMC comments.
Questions
P6 or MS Project?
Use whichever the contract or client requires. If there is no requirement we recommend one based on project size and reporting needs.
Will it pass client review?
We build to recognised scheduling practice and your programme specification, but approval is the client’s decision and cannot be guaranteed.
Do you attend meetings?
Remote review sessions can be included. On-site attendance is subject to arrangement.
