- Decisions that belong to the client’s project management
Timing and revisions
- Starts after an onboarding step. Support hours and scope are fixed monthly in the agreement.
- Reports are revised within the monthly scope until accepted.

The monthly scope defines hours or deliverables. We confirm capacity before accepting a new retainer.
Can I stop?
Notice and termination terms are set out in the agreement.
Who does the work?
The founder leads. Additional vetted specialists may support under RAYYAF’s quality control, and you are told if this applies.
