- Typically a few working days after complete inputs are received. Confirmed in the written proposal.
- One round of clarification questions on the report.
Questions
Do I need to send the native file?
Yes. A PDF or printout hides logic and calendar problems. An XER or a PMXML export of the schedule is what makes the review meaningful.
Will you change my schedule?
No. This is a review. You receive findings and recommended fixes. Implementing them can be scoped separately.
Can you review an MS Project file?
Yes, the same checks apply to an MPP file, with the findings adapted to MS Project behaviour.
