Working across time zones
Scheduling and controls work is largely asynchronous: you share the programme, progress and records, we deliver reviewed files and a written summary. For live calls we agree a window that works for both sides; India is roughly 9.5 to 13.5 hours ahead of US and Canadian time zones, depending on region and daylight saving, so calls are typically early morning in North America.
RAYYAF is a remote-first consultancy. The founder's hands-on project experience is in India, the UAE and Egypt. For clients elsewhere we work remotely, to your contract, your programme specification and your reporting standards. We do not claim a local office or licence outside India, and on-site work depends on local licensing and a suitable commercial arrangement.
Please tell us the contract form and any scheduling specification, such as required software and version, schedule update rules and delay methodology. We confirm in writing whether we can work to it. We do not give legal advice, and delay analysis is prepared as technical support, not as expert-witness testimony.
How an engagement works
- Tell us the situation. Share the project type, contract form, software and what you need through the consultation form.
- Scope in writing. We reply with questions and, where suitable, a written scope and fee proposal. Nothing is binding until you accept a written proposal.
- Deliver and review. Work is delivered in native files (P6 XER, MS Project, Excel, Power BI, PDF) and reviewed before release.
