Working with European teams
Most planning and controls work does not need a site visit. We work from your programme, progress records and contract requirements, agree a reporting rhythm and overlap with your working day for calls: India is roughly 3.5 to 5.5 hours ahead of the UK and Central Europe, depending on daylight saving, so a morning call in Europe falls in our afternoon.
RAYYAF is a remote-first consultancy. The founder's hands-on project experience is in India, the UAE and Egypt. For clients elsewhere we work remotely, to your contract, your programme specification and your reporting standards. We do not claim a local office or licence outside India, and on-site work depends on local licensing and a suitable commercial arrangement.
Please tell us the form of contract and any programme specification (for example required software version, float rules and reporting format) so we can confirm that we can work to it before any scope is agreed. We do not give legal advice.
How an engagement works
- Tell us the situation. Share the project type, contract form, software and what you need through the consultation form.
- Scope in writing. We reply with questions and, where suitable, a written scope and fee proposal. Nothing is binding until you accept a written proposal.
- Deliver and review. Work is delivered in native files (P6 XER, MS Project, Excel, Power BI, PDF) and reviewed before release.
